Dr. Biliyar is a board-certified psychiatrist practicing in the Nashville area over the last 30 years. He has his medical degree from Bellary, India, and completed a residency in Cherokee, IA, and child fellowship at Vanderbilt University. He specializes in children and adolescents, and families and has combined psychotherapy, parent training, and medication management of complex hospitalized patients as well as day-to-day emotional, behavioral, and parenting problems. He is currently directing an adolescent inpatient program, and in charge of training residents as a core faculty in the Tristar psychiatry residency program. He is familiar to the Nashville Indian community as ex-chairman of the board of trustees at Sri Ganesha temple of Nashville and ex-president of India Association of Nashville. Dr. King is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who holds dual medical licenses in Tennessee and the District of Columbia. He graduated from American University of the Caribbean and completed dual residencies in neurology and psychiatry at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia and Howard University Hospital, Washington, DC. After completion of his residencies, Dr. King became board certified by the American Academy of Neurology and Psychiatry in 2001. Dr. King relocated to Franklin to begin working with Tennessee Psychiatry in 2022. He currently supervises nurse practitioners in the Tennessee Psychiatry’s offices in Franklin and Jackson. Dr. King’s objective is to treat patients with respect, aiding them in their journey towards enhanced mental health and emotional well-being.

Dr. Kondapavuluru is a licensed Board-Certified psychiatrist in adult and geriatric psychiatry – he completed his psychiatry residency at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN and he also completed a fellowship geriatric psychiatry at the University of Maryland, in Baltimore, MD. A native of India, Dr. Kondapavuluru has resided in Tennessee since the 90’s working as a psychiatrist at Middle Tennessee Health Institute and at the Veterans Administration in both adult and geriatric settings. He has also spent time as an Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt University teaching and helping several years of psychiatry students. Elli Stafford, PA, joins our Frankin, TN outpatient clinic. Elli was born and raised in Buffalo, NY (Go Bills!) and moved to Nashville in 2022. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Lipscomb University and is a board-certified Physician Assistant. Elli is passionate about psychiatry and feels privileged to support patients through their mental health journeys. She values taking the time to truly listen and build genuine connections, and she strives to create a space where patients feel com-fortable, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful change. Outside of work, Elli enjoys indoor cycling and pilates classes, spending time with family and friends, and watching the Buffalo Bills. She is excited to be part of the team and looks forward to caring for and getting to know her patients.

Guided by her passion to serve others, Jennifer furthered her education and earned her RN and MSN at the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in 2022. She is now a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner trained to treat almost all psychiatric illnesses. Jennifer is a big believer in self-care, which is why she enjoys practicing mindfulness, going to the gym, and spending time with loved ones.
