How Curivya works

Search treatment centers by place or service, compare what each one offers, then contact the facility directly. There is no fee and no account.

  1. Search by where you are, or what you need

Start from a state or city to see every facility we list there, or start from a service to see the facilities that offer it. Both routes lead to the same listings, so use whichever you have a clearer answer for.

  2. Compare the listings

Each listing shows the facility name and the organization behind it, its address and phone number, and the services it records. Inpatient facilities also show how many beds are currently recorded as open.

  3. Contact the facility directly

Call the number on the listing and speak to the facility. Curivya does not take bookings, does not place referrals, and is not an intermediary — the conversation about admission, insurance and cost happens between you and them.

What it costs

Nothing. Searching Curivya is free for the public, there is no account to create, and you are not asked for personal or health information in order to browse listings.

Inpatient and outpatient

The directory separates the two because they answer different questions. Outpatient care is scheduled and you return home; inpatient care involves staying at the facility, which is why bed availability matters there and not in the outpatient listings.

  • Outpatient — browse by state and city under Treatment centers.
  • Inpatient — browse under Inpatient beds, where open-bed figures are shown.

What Curivya does not do

Being clear about the limits is more useful than a longer feature list.

  • We do not provide treatment, clinical advice, or crisis services.
  • We do not verify clinical quality, licensure, or outcomes.
  • We do not guarantee a bed shown as open is still open when you call.
  • We do not book appointments or pass your details to facilities.

If you are in crisis

Curivya is a directory and is not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. For free, confidential support at any hour, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the United States.
