Curivya is a mobile app as well as this website. Once you are connected to a practice, it is where appointments, telehealth visits, assessments and forms, notifications, mood tracking and messages with your care team live.
The website is the front door. The app is what is on the other side of it.
What Curivya is
Curivya lists behavioral health and substance use treatment centers so that someone looking for care can find a facility, see what it offers, and contact it directly. Searching is free and does not require an account.
Curivya is not a treatment provider. It does not deliver care, does not decide whether a facility is right for you, and is not a substitute for advice from a clinician. Admission, eligibility and cost are always determined by the facility itself.
Where the listings come from
Listing details come from MindWise Health, the platform many of the facilities listed here use to run their day-to-day operations. Because the information originates in the systems the facilities already work in, it reflects what those facilities record rather than a periodically re-scraped copy.
That also sets the limits. A facility that does not use MindWise Health will not appear, and any individual detail is only as current as the facility keeps it. Always confirm services, insurance and availability with the facility before you rely on them.
Inpatient bed availability
For inpatient facilities, Curivya shows the number of beds recorded as open. This is the part of the directory that is hardest to find anywhere else, and the part that changes fastest.
Treat it as a starting point for a phone call, not a reservation. A bed shown as open can be taken between the moment the figure is recorded and the moment you call, and a facility may hold beds for reasons the number does not capture.
